Quality Products All banners are printed on high quality 13 oz scrim vinyl. We use the highest quality inks and check to make sure your images are of the highest quality before we print. If something is wrong, we will let you know right away! Volume Discounts. The more you order, the more you save! We offer volume discounts based on square footage and ordering multiple prints of the same artwork file. No Setup Charges. Unlike other sign companies, we don't charge you for artwork or setup!

Fast Turnaround Our standard production time is 2 business days for vinyl banners. Fabric banners take 3-5 business days. Rush services are available on most products for an additional charge. Great Prices Since we specialize in banners, we can pass our volume pricing on to you! Our prices are typically 30-50% less than your local sign shops. Banners.com is committed to offering competitive nationwide pricing. We are able to achieve our amazing prices due to our State of the Art print facility, high volume of products produced, along with our experienced staff.

Our prices are based on the choice of design options:

• Uploading your own print ready file
• Designing your layout using our online design tool
• Working with one of our graphic designers to create a custom banner

To get pricing on our banners, choose the dimensions on our full color banners page. If you need a banner size that isn't listed, round up to the nearest foot or call one of our customer service representatives at 1-866-419-SIGN.

Our standard finishing for all banners is hems and grommets. Other finishing options are available for an additional cost:

• Pole pockets - $5 per side
• Reinforced hems - $0.90 per linear foot
• Reinforced corners - $25 per banner

Shipping

Standard size banners will ship within two business days after approval of artwork and payment information is received.  High quantity orders, custom sized banners and fabric products may have longer production periods. You will be informed of the production time when you place your order.

Rush services are available. Some restrictions apply

• Same Day Production ($40 per banner) - approval cut off time is 11 am CST
• Next Day Production ($20 per banner) - approval cut off time is 3 pm CST

All packages are shipped using UPS. Shipping rates for the Continental United States are as follows:

• Ground - $9.00
• 3 Day Select - $14
• 2nd Day Air - $18
• Overnight - $45

If you are providing your own file, please see our Artwork Specifications PDF. Once you provide us with your own file, our team will look over your file to confirm it is acceptable for printing. We will provide you with a proof to verify the artwork came through correctly.

Work with our Graphic Designers and get a Custom Banner

If you need assistance designing a custom banner, Banners.com can help! We can create custom banners from scratch after you tell us what you are looking for. We can also vectorize or recreate images if you have a logo that isn't print ready.

Once you submit any artwork you have and tell our designers what you are looking for, they will email you a proof of your custom banner.

From beginning to end, our team of graphic designers / customer service representatives will work with you to create the custom banner that you require!

Quality & Materials

What material are your banners made of?

We produce all of our banners on 13 oz scrim vinyl. It has a semi gloss finish. We also have mesh banners, fabric banners and canvas banners.

How are your banners finished?

Standard finishing options include hems and grommets. Our hems are heat welded to be extra strong. The grommets are placed every 2-4 feet around the banner perimeter depending on the size of your banner.

If you need extra support and stability, we offer reinforced hems and reinforced corners for an additional cost. Pole pockets or ropes are also available upon request.

Do you have any other materials available?

We also carry mesh, window perf, vinyl decals, static cling for windows, vinyl wall graphics, vinyl floor graphics, coroplast signs, magnets, paper posters, canvas and 3M Control Tac.

Do you design the banners or do we provide our own artwork?

Either way. Our designer / customer service reps are standing by to design your banner based on your creative input. If you have banner artwork ready to go, simply upload your source file with your banner order and you'll be on your way to receiving a professionally printed banner from banners.com.
